Shipping Policy

As we all continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, we ask that our customers allow 2-4 weeks for order updates/shipping confirmations for all items. We continue to operate and fulfill orders while taking all precautionary measures to protect our employees and customers during this time. 

We typically process orders within 2 business days from the date the order is received. Orders may arrive separately based on inventory location. Transit times do not include weekends and/or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your order containing tracking information regarding your order. Please allow 7 business days for tracking information to be displayed.

*Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Regardless of order processing, there may be times where some orders may experience shipping delays due to slow postal services. If your packages does not arrive in within 7 weeks upon shipment, we can either reship your order or offer you a full refund.

We offer free shipping on all orders for the United States. At this time, we currently do not ship internationally.
